Domestic Shipping
Orders ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS
Double-check your shipping address! Once your order is in transit, we cannot reroute packages
Once the package is with the carrier, ownership and risk of your items are transferred to you
International Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority International, UPS, or DHL
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in checkout. These may be due when your package arrives
We are not responsible for any customs fees imposed
If you return an item internationally, you are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes unless the item is defective
For time-sensitive orders, contact us before purchasing to confirm availability
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your LYC treasures! If you change your mind, here’s how it works:
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase for any reason
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item
We will refund your order, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your cancellation notice
Some items cannot be returned, including opened essential items like soaps, skincare, or custom orders
General Eligibility
Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all labels intact
Opened or used items cannot be returned
Return Shipping & Authorization
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
If the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label
All returns must be approved first. Contact us for authorization before sending anything back
