What is Wasanbon?
Wasanbon is a rare fine grain sugar from Tokushima and Kagawa, Japan. Artisan crafted for over 200 years made using traditional techniques passed down through generations. The candy has a delicate sweet taste. The smooth texture makes it a prized ingredient in elegant confections called Wagashi which are served in Japanese tea ceremonies. Wagashi and Wasanbon are made to perfectly complement Matchas bitter side. A delight to all.
