A matcha sifter canister with a small, lidded tin with an ultra‑fine stainless‑steel mesh inside. The dishwasher safe stainless‑steel construction resists rust, cleans easily, and keeps the flavor pure. How to use

1. Remove the lid and place the three round stainless‑steel balls (included) inside the fine mesh.
2. Place your matcha powder in the can: add 5-6 spoonfuls of matcha powder to start.
3. Close the lid, shake or tap gently in circular motions a few times to nudge the powder through the the mesh.
   
4. The clumps roll and fall apart against the mesh, effortlessly sifting the powder so your hands and clothes stay clean. 
5. Once the powder is all sifted to the bottom of the can, remove the mesh and set aside when you want to scoop the right amount of powder into your cup! 

The result is finely sifted, lump‑free matcha powder ready for water and whisking. Breaking up clumps in this way also aerates the tea powder, giving you a silky texture that whisks into a smooth, even-dilution. It will prevent the tea from becoming too strong or using tea powder too quickly.
